About Us

Creative Hastings

Creative Hastings is the community arts council serving the Hastings District and Hawke's Bay. It is a leading advocate for and promoter of the arts in the community.

Its offices are located in The Hastings Community Arts Centre right in the centre of Hastings at 106 Russell St. The Arts Centre is a lovely example of the Spanish Mission style of building that is prominent in Hastings.

The arts centre is a friendly place to visit. In addition to being a gallery showcasing Hawke's Bay artists, it is also an information centre on the arts in the region.
